Each year, the placement committee, with CELCA's support, compiles a recruiter database and creates a brochure featuring eligible student profiles
Pre-Placement Training
Students attend training on resume building, communication, interviews, group discussions, and so on, led by industry experts.
Student Registration
Students submit resume's and preferred roles. CECR uses this to match them with suitable opportunities.
Job Announcements
The CECR then shares relevant openings and campus drives with eligible students, who can apply or interview directly.
Placement Coordination
The CECR facilitates the entire placement process, ensuring smooth communication between students and recruiters.
Feedback & Follow-up
Recruiter feedback is gathered to improve future efforts. Students needing extra help post-placement get continued support
